This is the first comprehensive history of stagecoach operations in the Isle of Man and includes both horse drawn stagecoaches as well as motorised buses up until 1950. The author has worked for over 25 years with Manx buses and has unearthed some fascinating old photographs whilst the text has a degree of vitality so that it amounts to more than just facts and figures.
