A lone wolf who doesn't hunt with the pack, Dave is on a relentless quest for fresh angles and ever-more startling shots from around the 37 3/4 mile TT Circuit. His discrimminating eye is backed up by intimate knowledge of the territory, gained from being a Manx native and local resident, as well as insight into road racing technicalities acquired when he himself raced on the Mountain Course.
This book is the first to present a selection of Dave's stunning TT photography in one volume. His comments and revelations tell the story behind every picture, from early ventures to slow corners to snatching the most challenging shots of the fastest TT stars in action.

This reference work has taken about 25 years to compile and the author, Mike Southall, acquired his interest in coins in the Isle of Man when the new decimal series was issued in 1971 . The first offical Manx coins, halfpennies and pennies were issued by the Lord of Mann, James Stanley 10th Earl of Derby, and were made legal tender by an Act of Tynwald on 24th June 1710. Manx coins and a variety of tokens were circulating on the Island until 1939. Thereafter British coins became the only legal currency until decimalisation in February 1971.
